Summer Camp Staff

Are you looking for a GREAT way to spend your summer?

Do you want to live at summer camp?

We have the job for you!

Each summer Camp William B. Snyder employs a highly motivated staff. If you are 14 years of age or older we want you!

Serving on camp staff is more than seasonal work. It is a meaningful investment, whether you are building a career or stepping into a new chapter of life.

For Scouts and young adults, a summer on staff provides hands‑on, résumé‑ready experience similar to top internships. Staff members build leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills while managing real responsibilities in a dynamic environment. These are the abilities employers value most.

For retired adults and experienced professionals, camp offers an adventurous and rewarding summer. It is a chance to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, mentor youth, and share a lifetime of skills while making a lasting difference.

Camp staff leave with confidence, purpose, and memories that last a lifetime. For the right person, it is not just a job. It is a summer that truly matters.
